We’re Giving Back This Holiday Season!

happy mother and daughter with american flag outside their houseIt’s the holiday season and it’s the time for giving back. We understand the importance of giving back here at Speedy Air Conditioning Service and we want to encourage you to do the same this winter! Our team members Marilyn and Dave donate to charities like World Vision, Samaritan’s Purse, and Compassion International.

Charities We Donate To

Members of our team here donate to a few charities that we feel share our family values and seek to provide compassionate care for children, families, and individuals across the globe.

World Vision

World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization that partners with people across communities to combat poverty and injustice. This organization goes the extra mile for those that are largely ignored in the world. Here at Speedy Air Conditioning Service we appreciate their vision and seek to bolster their mission.

Samaritan’s Purse

Samaritan’s Purse is an organization that bases their practices on the story of the Good Samaritan. After describing how the Samaritan rescued a man in need whom others passed by, Jesus told others to, “go and do likewise,” and that’s their mission. They seek to aid the world’s poor, sick, and suffering in any way that they can.

Compassion International

At Speedy Air Conditioning Services, we participate in Compassion International. Compassion International is an organization with the mission to end child poverty. They offer programs for children in need around the world from all faiths, cultures, and backgrounds.

This past weekend, Marilyn packed shoeboxes full of toys and took them to her local church for this project. Her church works with this organization to send these toys to children in need across the globe for Operation Christmas Child.

How Do You Give Back?

We encourage everyone that’s part of the Speedy Air Conditioning Family, residents of Port St. Lucie and the surrounding area, and individuals across the globe to give back to their community this holiday season. We feel a personal connection to the charities we choose to donate to, but if you don’t, we implore you to find a charity that does speak to you. There are millions across the globe looking to make the world a better place—join them!
